COMMENTS
The WSFL, a.k.a. the Western States Football league, a.k.a. the Oregon Women's Football league, played a single season in 2002 with only four active teams and one "associate", the Scorchers. The Majestics beat the Shockwave 14-0 in the June 15th championship. The league shut down soon after. All these teams, with the exception of the Unforgiven, moved to the IWFL in 2003.
The "Other Helmets" are for teams linked at one time or another to the WSFL, or one of it's other incarnations. I don't have much other information about these teams. A few of them, notably the Corvallis Pride and the Eugene Edge, ended up in other leagues, others never played a down. Any help completing this page is much appreciated.
