The Colts made slight changes to their uniforms in 2004 to celebrate their 20th anniversary in Indianapolis. They darkened the blue in their uniforms and changed the helmet facemasks to grey.

The Texans are the NFL's newest franchise, the third NFL team to use the "Texans" nickname and the second NFL team based in Houston. When the team was first announced, a white helmet was displayed at some of the team's media events. You can see that version on the NFL Prototypes page.

The Colts have on of the most convoluted histories of any NFL franchise. The original Colts started out as the Miami Seahawks in 1946 in the AAFC, before transferring to Baltimore, MD in 1947. Despite a mediocre record, they were one of three teams to survive a merger with the NFL. After a single dismal NFL season in 1950, the team was sold back to league. In the meantime, another dismal NFL franchise, the New York Yanks, moved to Dallas in 1952 to play as the Texans. Like the Colts before them, they were sold back to the league before the end of the season. The NFL took the Texans, moved them to Baltimore and resurrected the Colts in 1953. Originally using a kelly green and white color scheme, the second incarnation of the Colts adopted the Yanks/Texans blue and white colors and has used them ever since.
The Colts played in Baltimore until 1983, when they moved to Indianapolis, IN. As part of the team's 20th anniversary in Indianapolis, the team is adjusting their uniforms, darkening the blue and adding grey facemasks.

The Jaguars entered the league as an expansion team in 1995. They have used only one helmet design on the field, however they had two prototype designs you can view at the NFL Prototypes page.

The Tennessee Titans were a founding member of the AFL as the Houston Oilers in 1960. They entered the NFL when the leagues merged in 1970. During the 1971-1972 seasons, there is evidence that both helmets shown above were worn, but I'm not sure exactly when each was used. From 1981 until 1998, it appears the colors on the helmets became darker, but I cannot determine if or when any official changes were made.
The Houston Oilers became the Tennessee Oilers after the 1996 season. In 1997, they played in Memphis while waiting for a new stadium to be built in Nashville. They moved to Nashville in 1998. The team wore a decal representing the Tennessee state flag on the lower right rear corner of their helmets during their two seasons as the Tennessee Oilers.
In 1999, the team changed their name to the Tennessee Titans. When the announcement was made, the team displayed a different helmet than the one above. The current helmet however, is the only one they've worn on the field. You can see the promotional helmet at the NFL Prototypes page.
